-Physical Therapist-*PRN *Physical Therapist to cover weekend evaluations, overflow of weekly PT needs, and vacation/PTO days. This 93-bed facility boasts innovative care services and rehabilitation technology. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.**Duties:**- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on thorough assessments.- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote optimal recovery.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.**Qualifications:**- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.- Profound understanding of anatomy and physiology.- Experience in geriatrics or long-term care setting is advantageous.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality care standards.Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients through compassionate care and evidence-based practice.
