*PRN *Physical Therapist to cover weekend evaluations, overflow of weekly PT needs, and vacation/PTO days. This position can allow for a *part-time status *(15-29 hours) offering PTO accrual OR a *full-time status* (split w/ Embassy of Hearthside in State College).

This 93-bed facility boasts innovative care services and rehabilitation technology. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.

\*\*Duties:\*\*

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on thorough assessments.

- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote optimal recovery.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Profound understanding of anatomy and physiology.

- Experience in geriatrics or long-term care setting is advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality care standards.
