Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this might include both clinical and front desk duties.

Location and Hours of Position

PHN Punxsutawney Health Center 200 Prushnok Dr. Punxsutawney, PA 15767.

NOTE: This position is 4/10 shift. General office hours:

Monday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
NO WEEKENDS! NO HOLIDAYS!

Compensation

LPN stars at $20.00 per hour. PHN will recognize experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of Nursing OR
Graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant and/or two years' experience in a clinical setting
Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
Administering Medication
Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a provider's direction
Computer proficient
