We are looking for a new team member to join our technology team, partnering with product teams to bring product-market viability ideas that inspire, innovate and deliver elevated experiences for our customers and products.We are seeking a skilled Sr Product Analyst to join our Search Relevance team, where we are passionate about improving the accuracy of search results to ensure our athletes can find the products they need. As part of the Search Relevance team, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that transform the athlete experience through the application of data science, while translating the learnings from these experiences into actionable insights and strategies.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data and a proven track record of operationalizing site search solutions. With a deep understanding of search technologies, this role will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to implement strategies to enhance the relevance of product results and surface opportunities to improve our algorithms. Your penchant for finding patterns in data and conducting deep analysis of user behavior will help to identify insights and inform continuous optimization.As a Senior Product Analyst, you will partner with product managers, data scientists and software engineers to deliver products and services that align to strategic priorities as well as achieve product-market fit. You will be an active participant in the organization and deliver high-quality products through the following:Analytical ServicesAs a Senior Product Analyst, you will lead strategic analytic services in partnership with technology and business teammates. You may work across multiple technology portfolios, business domains and functions to develop an in-depth understanding of the business, processes, services and operations.Technical RequirementsThe Senior Product Analyst role partners closely with product managers to understand the strategic vision and roadmap of a product. You will work with several product managers across several product teams to identify and document technical specifications for product development. You will work with software engineering and data science to determine how to develop the solution to meet the product and customer expectations. As part of the team, you are accountable to partner with software engineering and product management on the testing and acceptance of technical requirements before shipping to production.Operations SupportYou will implement maintenance and efficiency procedures, monitor product health and stability, gather system statistics and troubleshoot reported errors.     • Performs ad hoc analytics to resolve and inform accurate requirements gathering
    • Documents data definitions and key business metric calculations
    • Documents technical requirements in user story format for data science and software engineering teams to execute against
      • Performs quality assurance testing on technical specifications to confirm feature acceptance
      • Mines and merges data to develop insights on key business and technology challengesOperationalize Features
        • Provides support for operationalizing features, leveraging expertise in data mining and data manipulation for large data sets to efficiently develop search configurations
        • Creates training documentation for business stakeholders to execute configurations for new features in their day-to-day operations
        • Acts as subject matter expert for features that have been operationalized, guiding business stakeholders in following best practices and instructing them how to achieve their goals with the technology
        • Troubleshoots use cases where results are not behaving as desired by evaluating the data inputs to the model and the response. Determines whether configuration changes or feature enhancements are needed and facilitates the necessary updates
        • Tunes parameters of data science models to achieve desired objective and proposes optimal variations for A/B testing
        • Coordinates A/B testing activities, communicates status to business stakeholders and monitors performance of test KPIsQUALIFICATIONS:Candidates for this role should have:
          • Experience working with product management, data science and software engineering in a modern development environment
          • Understanding of lifecycles for data science models and software development
          • Foundational understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
          • Proficiency in data mining and data manipulation. SQL and/or Python experience preferred
          • Technical and analytical expertise, including advanced experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing methodology
          • Comfortable working, combining and analyzing data from different sources and maturity levels
          • Use of graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data and support KPI measurement
          • Ability to navigate and collaborate across technology and business partners
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills
          • Excellent organizational skills
          • Strong deductive reasoning skills
          • Curious attitude and desire to learnThis is a fully remote position.This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.#LI-KF1Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
