What You'll Do

- Troubleshoot & Repair electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics

- Preventative & Emergency Maintenance to keep production running at peak performance

- Install & Upgrade new components, ensuring all equipment meets safety and performance standards

- Collaborate & Document-work with engineers, maintain records, and communicate effectively

- Prioritize Safety-identify hazards, follow safety protocols, and maintain compliance



What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of experience in industrial electrical & mechanical maintenance (paper mills, manufacturing, or heavy industry a plus!)
Expert Troubleshooter-hands-on experience with Rockwell/Allen Bradley PLCs, drives, and motor controls
Code-Savvy-familiar with electrical and mechanical regulations
Physically Fit-able to lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended shifts
Flexible & Reliable-comfortable working 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) in a dynamic environment
