We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity in Spring Grove, PA!

Pay: $32.47/hr + performance-based bonuses
Location: Spring Grove, PA
Schedule: Rotating shifts (see below)
Status: Direct Hire

  • Weeks 1-3: 1st Shift - 7AM-3PM (Mon-Fri)
  • Week 4: 2nd Shift - 3PM-11PM (Mon-Sun)
  • Week 5: 3rd Shift - 11PM-7AM (Sun-Sat) What You'll Be Doing as Industrial Maintenance Technician:
    • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (up to 2300 volts) and instrumentation (like flow meters & control valves)
    • Diagnosing and solving complex problems - independently and in a team
    • Keeping detailed records and documentation
    • Playing a key role in the safety and efficiency of plant operations What We're Looking For in Industrial Maintenance Technician:
      • 5+ years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance
        OR
        3+ years' experience with a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree
      • Strong skills in electrical systems, instrumentation, and PLC/DCS
      • Experience in a union environment is a plus (not required)
