Nursing SupervisorThe Village at Morrisons Cove in Martinsburg, PA, is currently seeking to hire an RN Supervisor-PRN. This individual will work approximately 1-3 days per week, depending on the needs of the schedule.Duties include, but are not limited to:* - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care- Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to protocols- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care programs- Supervise medication administration and treatments- Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures- Conduct regular patient assessments and address any concerns promptly- Provide training to nursing staff on medical procedures and best practices* Communicate with families and medical practitioners* Communicate with local referral sources* Attend committee meetings as assigned* Other duties as assignedQualifications:- Valid Pennsylvania nursing license (RN) in good standing- Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role preferred- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care systems- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations_*NO ON-CALL IS REQUIRED, BUT OFFERED IF DESIRED*_Joining our team comes with competitive wages, comprehensive benefits including health & dental insurance, retirement plan contributions, paid time off, and employee perks such as gym membership discounts and two onsite daycare facilities.If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents and lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, apply today!
