  • Job Title: Extrusion Operator (Entry-Level & Experienced)
  • Pay Rate: $17.35 - $18.60/hour, depending on shift and experience
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
    • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
    • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire, with long-term stability and growth opportunities! What You'll Be Doing:
      • Operating and maintaining key machinery in the PVC extrusion process
      • Performing quality inspections to ensure top-tier standards are met
      • Safely handling materials and equipment
      • Completing minor maintenance and equipment repairs to keep everything running smoothly What We're Looking For:
        • High School Diploma or GED
        • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 25 lbs
        • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing
